Need to petition the Academic Standards Committee to request an out of sequence course, a grade appeal, or other special exception? Complete the ACHS Academic Petition available online here, and our Academic Standards Committee will review your request and follow up with you regarding their decision.
Students requesting special consideration for their program should complete the ACHS Academic Petition (found at the link above) and return it via email to their student advisor or via fax to 503-244-0727.
