Melissa is an enthusiastic supporter of higher education and has over ten years of experience in various student support roles. She considers herself a lifelong learner and holds a Master of Art in Religion and a Master of Science in Management. She enjoys working with students and empowering them to move forward with their educational and professional goals while also navigating the demands of life.

Melissa is incredibly passionate about health and wellness! She is a strong advocate for physical activity and believes in the healing power of movement and clean eating. Outside of ACHS, Melissa enjoys coaching others on running and strength training. She also enjoys painting and teaches classes locally. Melissa is an avid outdoors enthusiast. She loves camping, hiking, mountain biking, long-distance trail running, and exploring! Most weekends, Melissa enjoys racing in every distance, from 5k fun runs to 100K ultra marathons! When she is not at work, you’ll likely find her racing, in the mountains running a trail, climbing her way to a summit, or taking her niece Sable on an adventure!
