Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) smells great when cooking and is said to help relieve headaches (which can come in handy during the holidays!). Its piquant flavor is somewhat reminiscent of pine. Use springs or strip rosemary from the stem and add to vinegars, meat dishes, or breads.
