Have your required documents ready.

Before starting the application process, we will need you to set aside the following required documents:

Government-issued photo identification (state identification card, valid driver’s license, passport, etc.)
Official, unopened transcript
Graduate Students Only: Letter of recommendation

Complete your application and intake assessment

To start your application, you will need to validate your email, fill out basic information, and complete an intake assessment. There is no fee to apply. Please allot about 30-40 minutes to complete your application. Get started now!

Log into your student portal to submit all required documents

Once your application is completed, your advisor will create a portal account for you. Use this portal to submit all required documents from Step 1 or to check your application status.

Your admissions advisor will submit your application to the Admissions Committee

After all required documents have been submitted, your admissions advisor will submit your final application to the ACHS Admissions Committee for consideration.
