Graduate Admissions Requirements

Applicants to a graduate program at American College of Healthcare Sciences must possess a Bachelors degree or higher from a USDOE-recognized accredited institution. 

For students without a Bachelors degree, ACHS offers a wide range of professional and undergraduate programs. Browse ACHS programs online here

Required Documents

ACHS has a formal application process, and students will be required to submit the following documents:

  • ACHS Application and Admissions Assessment 

  • Official, unopened transcripts: Official, unopened transcript demonstrating conferral of a U.S. Department of Education approved accredited Bachelor’s degree or higher. Students should submit previous graduate-level transcripts for transfer of credit review; students using military education benefits are required to submit all official college transcripts. Transcripts should be issued directly to the institution and can be sent by mail to ACHS, 5005 S. Macadam Avenue, Portland, OR 97239, or certified electronic delivery to registrar@achs.edu.   • A copy of a government-issued photo identification, such as a state identification card, valid driver’s license, or passport.

What Happens after You Apply?
