Faculty Awards Nominations

Do you have a favorite faculty member who deserves recognition? Has a faculty member gone above and beyond your expectations? As a faculty member, have you excelled in service to the college?  

The ACHS Faculty Awards Program is the perfect opportunity to acknowledge the commitment and accomplishments of our distinguished faculty! Nominate a faculty member for one of these awards – the deadline is April 5th, 2024.

Rising Star Award: Honors an instructor in their first year of teaching with ACHS who has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in supporting ACHS students. (Nominated by ACHS administration).

Distinguished Teaching Award: Honors two faculty members who have gone above and beyond in the classroom(s) to motivate, mentor and engage students as well as promote engagement with their peers.(Nominated by ACHS students and graduates).

Distinguished Faculty Award: Honors a faculty member who has excelled in service to ACHS including, but not limited to: instructing and supporting students, conducting webinars, participating in curriculum development, excelling at the use of technology in classrooms, and participating in other academic activities that support the institution and its students and graduates. (This award is self-, peer- and/or administration-nominated.)
