Tiffany Rodriguez, BS, PhD

Chief Academic Officer

Dr. Tiffany Rodriguez is the Chief Academic Officer of ACHS. Tiffany earned a Ph.D. in Biomechanics and Bachelor of Science in Health and Kinesiology from Texas A&M University.

As a faculty member, Dr. Rodriguez taught courses in Research Methods, Motor Neuroscience, and Biomechanics. Her research and publications focused on understanding biomechanical mechanisms that mediate movements in healthy adults and in persons with compromised motor systems.

After completing her doctorate, she went on to lead a Data Analytics team for a hospital in San Diego. Her passion for using data to drive evidence-based decision making led her to a career in Institutional Research. She went on to complete a certificate from the WSCUC Assessment Leadership Academy, a prestigious year-long training in the areas of student learning outcomes assessment, program review, and higher education leadership.

Over the last decade Tiffany’s work has focused on supporting institutions in the areas of Institutional Effectiveness, programmatic and regional accreditation, new product development, and strategic planning.

Dr. Rodriguez most recently served as Dean of Academic Affairs and Institutional Effectiveness.

In her free time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to Europe and seaside locations, and tending to their year-round vegetable garden.
