Lauren Carrillo
Lauren is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and a minor in Biology. Her future goal is to become a Registered Dietitian and work within her community of Roseville, CA to educate others about the importance of nutrition in regards to disease prevention. She is passionate about using food as medicine and is a strong supporter of sustainable farming practices. She enjoys reading about current nutrition research, developing new recipes using whole food ingredients, and spending time with her family and two Maltese.
