Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Tiffany now resides in Clermont, FL with her husband and son. Her journey in the education sector began in 2008 when she accepted her first role in higher education admissions. In 2013, she transitioned to financial aid, starting as a financial aid officer. Over the past decade, she has built extensive experience in various capacities, covering both front-end and back-end processing roles within the financial aid landscape.
Tiffany’s passion for helping students navigate their educational financial options continues to drive her commitment to the field. Transitioning to Financial Aid in 2013 marked a pivotal moment in her career, allowing her to immerse herself in the financial processes that empower students to pursue their academic goals. As a financial aid officer, she gained firsthand experience processing applications and providing guidance to students and families, which deepened her dedication to helping others navigate often complex financial systems.
These experiences led to her current position as Senior Director, where she manages compliance and regulatory reporting and supervises the Financial Aid team. With more than a decade of experience, Tiffany has developed a strong foundation in both regulatory compliance and financial aid processing. Her background includes in-depth knowledge of federal and state financial aid programs, regulatory guidelines, and best practices—ensuring that her institution remains compliant while effectively supporting students.
Tiffany’s hands-on experience across multiple roles, from financial aid officer to Senior Director, gives her a well-rounded perspective on the financial aid process from multiple angles. She is especially proud of leading her university to achieve zero findings in multiple single audits, a reflection of her dedication to compliance and operational excellence, as well as the collective efforts of her team.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Tiffany takes great pride in being a devoted wife and mother, balancing her career with nurturing her family.
