Director of Partnerships

Tiff Darwich brings over 20 years of leadership experience across higher education, early childhood education, and entrepreneurship to her role as Director of Partnerships at the American College of Healthcare Sciences (ACHS). She is passionate about cultivating strategic partnerships that drive workforce development and support professional growth in the holistic health and wellness space.

Tiff has successfully led teams ranging from small, collaborative groups to dynamic departments of over 40, always with a focus on fostering innovation, solving organizational challenges, and promoting employee well-being. A long time Oregon resident, she finds inspiration in the Pacific Northwest’s natural beauty, which aligns closely with her holistic approach to life and leadership.

In 2015, she founded The Good Life Preschool, an organic, community-centered early learning program that now serves more than 50 families annually. She joined ACHS in May 2024, where she is dedicated to building impactful relationships that benefit both industry partners and the ACHS student and alumni community. Tiff believes in the power of connecting talent to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Outside of work, Tiff enjoys traveling with her husband and two children, running outdoors, and spending time in nature. In 2025, she began training to become a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher—furthering her lifelong commitment to wellness, growth, and connection.
