Paz is from Buenos Aires, Argentina. She became interested in the field of nutrition after witnessing its profound impact on overall health, well-being, and mood. Understanding how food influences both the body and mind inspired her to delve deeper into the subject and help others make informed choices to improve their quality of life.
At the time, ACHS presented opportunities that felt like the right fit for her. The organization’s commitment to health and wellness aligned with her passion for the role of nutrition in overall well-being. It was an excellent opportunity for her to contribute to a field she deeply cares about while continuing to grow professionally.
In her past roles, Paz focused on the connection between nutrition and overall well-being. Whether through research or education, she observed firsthand how dietary choices impact both health and mood. These experiences deepened her passion for the field and shaped her approach to helping others make informed nutritional decisions.
She is an editor and dietary supplement formulator with extensive experience in research and teaching. Her background allows her to analyze information critically, develop effective formulations, and communicate complex concepts with clarity. She brings a detail-oriented approach and a strong foundation in evidence-based practices to support her team’s goals.
Professionally, Paz takes pride in formulating dietary supplements that have positively impacted people’s health, as well as her contributions to educational programs that promote better nutrition.
