Cameron is a true Oregonian, born and raised in the heart of the Pacific Northwest. With a passion for both storytelling and technology, Cameron earned a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Oregon. Alongside this, Cameron pursued an Associates degree in Web Design at Portland Community College (PCC), blending creativity with technical expertise. Cameron is deeply committed to empowering students to make the most of their college journey. Cameron thrives on guiding them through their academic and personal growth, always focused on helping them reach their full potential. Watching students graduate and step confidently into their futures is what truly drives Cameron.

With a degree in web design and over 15 years of experience in academia, Cameron brings a wealth of knowledge and a creative touch to everything they do. Cameron’s unique blend of technical expertise and educational experience has allowed them to thrive in the academic world, helping shape the digital landscape of learning environments and guiding students and colleagues alike toward success. Cameron is a seasoned expert in both web design and video journalism, combining technical prowess with a keen eye for storytelling. Whether crafting visually stunning websites or producing compelling video content, they have the skill to bring ideas to life in dynamic and engaging ways. With a strong foundation in both fields, Cameron is always pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation.

Cameron successfully led the transition of the entire college from eCollege to Canvas, managing the complex process with precision and expertise. Cami’s ability to navigate the technical challenges, ensure seamless integration, and minimize disruptions to faculty and students was crucial in making the shift smooth and efficient. This major undertaking showcased their leadership, problem-solving skills, and dedication to improving the college’s digital infrastructure.
