Hailey Reynolds

Senior Financial Aid Advisor

Hailey is from the Portland Metro Area and began her career in Financial Aid in 2019. She originally studied Nursing at Washington State University but discovered her passion for helping others in a different way—by guiding students through the financial aid process. With a background in banking, she understands that financial aid can feel like its own foreign language. Her goal is to simplify it and provide the support students need to make informed financial decisions. Helping students navigate their education funding and achieve their goals is what drives her every day!

Joining the American College of Healthcare Sciences (ACHS) in 2020 was a natural progression for Hailey, as the mission to provide leadership in holistic health education resonated deeply with her commitment to supporting students in achieving their educational goals. Before starting her career in Financial Aid in 2019, she worked in banking and spent over a decade in customer service which have helped her develop strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for assisting others—qualities that are essential in financial aid. Her background in banking gave her a solid foundation in financial literacy, which can now be used to help students navigate the often complex world of financial aid. Her attention to detail and problem-solving skills allow her to break down complex financial aid information in a way that’s easy to understand. Her attention to detail and problem-solving skills ensure students receive accurate and efficient support. With experience in financial literacy and student support, she strives to ensure every student feels confident in their funding decisions. Hailey’s goal is to provide clear guidance, exceptional service, and a positive experience for students as they pursue their education.

Professionally, Hailey is proud of the impact she’s made in helping students navigate financial aid with confidence. She takes pride in guiding students through their entire educational journey, from understanding their financial aid options to making informed decisions that set them up for success. Personally, Hailey is proud of the life she’s built for her family. As a mother, she cherishes the time she spends with her daughter and strives to set a positive example of hard work and perseverance.

“What excites me most about my work is the opportunity to guide students through their educational journey and help them achieve their goals. Financial aid can feel overwhelming, but I love being able to simplify the process and provide the support they need to move forward with confidence. Knowing that I play a role in helping students pursue their passion in integrative health and wellness is incredibly rewarding.”

Educational Background: Hailey studied at WSU with a focus in Nursing before transitioning into the Financial Aid field.
