Senior Records Coordinator

Holly spent her childhood on a farm in central Kansas. After graduating from the University of Kansas, one of her first jobs was working on a temporary project publishing the schedule in the Registrar’s Office. After that project ended, she pursued a permanent position in the Registrar’s Office, as she enjoyed supporting students and faculty.

At Baker University in the School of Professional and Graduate Studies, Holly became a generalist in all areas of a Registrar’s Office. She remained there until relocating to the Pacific Northwest in 2008. She is passionate about the transformational nature of higher education and enjoys assisting staff and faculty in their shared goal of helping students reach their full potential and discover their purpose.

Holly worked for over 12 years at Concordia University in Portland, Oregon, where she gained experience in both institutional growth and closure. During that time, she implemented a new catalog and curriculum software, maintained memberships in PACRAO, OrACRAO, and The Alliance, assisted with the administrative aspects of opening a law school, served on the curriculum committee, and planned and executed dozens of commencement ceremonies.

With over 15 years of experience in the field, Holly has focused primarily on curriculum, catalog management, scheduling, transfer credit evaluation, and commencement ceremony planning. Among her accomplishments, she has fostered relationships with staff and faculty to improve internal efficiency and enhance the administrative experience for students through greater ease and transparency.

“I enjoy the centralized nature of the Registrar’s Office as I get to help students, faculty, and fellow staff.“
