Sarah has a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science as well as a Master of Science in Human Nutrition (Community Emphasis), both from Michigan State University. She also has earned her Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credential from the Commission for Dietetic Registration after completing a dietetic internship through the School of Public Health at the University of Michigan. Sarah has worked in private consulting for home-bound patients and businesses, and also as a clinical dietitian at long-term care and rehabilitation facilities. She has also published in the Journal of Human Lactation. She currently resides in Cape Coral, FL where she is a Dietitian Health Coach and teaches online. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys reading, pilates, movies, cooking, spending time at the beach and with her fur babies.
