In Tips from Successful Wellness Professionals Part 1, we shared some valuable advice from our holistic health students and graduates. In part 2, we are sharing tips from even more of our amazing students and graduates! These are things that they learned through their own experiences in starting holistic health businesses and we hope it helps you in your own journey.

1. Trust Yourself.

" Just go for it. Try things, put yourself out there. Trust yourself, be confident, and just do it! You’ll learn what your threshold is and don’t be afraid of saying 'I don’t know, let me find out'. You will be a better practitioner for it in the end. "

2. Don't be afraid to fail.

"Go full steam ahead and don’t worry if it isn’t exactly how you want. Don’t be afraid to fail."

3. Invest in your own wellbeing.

"We live in a culture that promotes hustle. I want to really hammer home this idea that as much energy as you put into your hustle, put that same amount of energy into taking care of yourself."

-Miriam Popp, AAS in Health and Wellness, Cert Wellness Consulting

4. Don't give up.

Do not give up. If one door closes to you, just keep walking until you find that open door. Because it is there. You have to have the mindset that anything is possible- because it is. I’m living proof, and I would love to share that with anybody who would listen. "
