Julia Ozog
Jules is a graduate student studying mental health counseling in Boston, MA. Her background is in social justice and community organizing, and she brings this lens into her counseling work by providing direct service to vulnerable populations and by participating in activism that addresses the oppressive systems that contribute to mental illness. She is particularly interested in traumatic stress and assisted trauma scholar Bessel van der Kolk in a study on new treatments for children with PTSD.
