[WEBINAR] Senescent Cells and Natural Anti-Senescent Molecules

This webinar will explore the science of cellular senescence and its role as a key driver of aging and age-related decline. It will explain how senescent “zombie” cells accumulate over time, resist normal cell death, and release inflammatory signals (the SASP) that damage surrounding tissues and impair function. The session will clearly distinguish between beneficial, short-term senescence involved in healing and harmful, lingering senescent cells, providing a strong biological foundation for understanding modern senotherapeutic strategies

The webinar will also translate this biology into practical application, reviewing current human evidence for senolytics such as Dasatinib plus Quercetin, emerging natural compounds like fisetin, and the rationale for combination and intermittent “hit-and-run” dosing strategies. Emphasis will be placed on integrating periodic senolytic interventions with daily senomorphic support (including NAD⁺ boosters and polyphenols) alongside foundational lifestyle practices such as exercise, sleep, and metabolic health. Overall, the webinar will offer a clear, evidence-informed framework for using senolytics responsibly to support healthspan, not just lifespan.

Meet Our Panelist: Dr. Andrea Pryce

ACHS Assistant Professor of Integrative Health & Wellness

Andrea is originally from Fairbanks, Alaska. She began her career in bench-top molecular genetics cancer research before transitioning to naturopathic medical school. Shewanted to offer more options in health and healing to allow people more choice and control in their health and wellness. Andrea held positions in clinical medicine, biomedical research, formulation science, and academia. As a naturopathic physician, she has a broad base of education that lends itself well to many modalities in integrative health. Andrea also has held a number of positions in different sectors of the industry that have led me to develop a unique set of transferable skills. Overcoming breast cancer has been one of Andrea’s most significant personal and professional milestones.

Andrea is most excited about the opportunity to help others understand their bodies and how to maintain their health. “The opportunity to help others learn their body and how to keep it healthy.”
