Ilana Rose Frigaard was hired as the Chief Operating Officer for ACHS in February of 2023. She brings more than ten years of operational leadership experience, starting in sales and leading an international distributor of essential oils for the past four years.
She has far-reaching experience in private label fulfillment, product development, and packaging, as evidenced by delivering turnarounds, marketing strategies, operating efficiency, and developing exceptional high-performing teams.
In her role at ACHS, she is responsible for collaborating with corporate and industry leaders to expand ACHS’s partnerships, including the growth of the college’s retail operations, third-party packaging solutions, and several traditional COO duties.
Ilana’s wealth of knowledge and connections to the essential oil industry make her uniquely qualified to source high-quality, certified organic, pesticide-free products. As the primary contact for IFEAT, she coordinates purchasing essential oils for wholesale, retail, and academic applications.
Outside of her professional life, Ilana spends her time with her husband Martin Frigaard, and daughter Ava Jett, enjoying the magic of parenthood! With 2 goofy boxer dogs, she has a lively home. Ilana is well-traveled and enjoys traveling outside of the US. She also has a love for the desert and frequently travels to Arizona with her family.
