Dr. Godard is a dynamic, innovative, entrepreneurial, and visionary IT program leader, accomplished at strategic planning, process improvements, and re-engineering. He implements global technology changes in the financial industry that impact people, processes, and technology.

Dr. Godard has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Master’s degrees in computer information systems and Business Administration. He earned a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership at the University of Phoenix. He is a certified project management professional (PMP) and a goal success coach. He is a member of the City of Portland Technology Oversight Committee. An independent five-member citizen advisory committee reviews selected City of Portland technology projects. He is a sought-after international speaker, trainer, and educator sharing his unique perspectives on business, finances, and technology.

Dr. Godard is passionate about long-term success and teamwork. He is a skilled communicator, team builder, and negotiator who maximizes efficiencies and productivity by boosting team morale and performance. He has a solid background in business and technology leadership, experience making actionable decisions in support of business needs and priorities, and the ability to achieve results through the strategic application of technology to business challenges. 

Dr. Godard enjoys philanthropist activities in Portland, as well as nationally and internationally. Currently serving as the Sherwood High School Junior Varsity soccer coach, he is also the president of the Sherwood Youth Soccer Club and the National Speaker Association. He has also performed annual service projects in Haiti, Cambodia, Uganda, Kenya, and Ethiopia in 2022.
