Kashae is from Houston, TX, and began her career in higher education as an Administrative Assistant, holding various roles in the field. She was drawn to financial aid after witnessing firsthand how financial support can change a student’s academic path. Kashae joined the American College of Healthcare Sciences because she is passionate about helping students who are dedicated to their chosen field. Working at ACHS allows her to support students in overcoming financial barriers, helping them achieve their academic and professional goals while contributing to a mission that promotes health, wellness, and lifelong learning.

In her previous roles in financial aid and administrative support, Kashae developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. She frequently helped students understand their financial aid options and saw how overwhelming the process could be. This experience solidified her commitment to guiding students through the financial aid process and ensuring they feel supported. She brings clear communication, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine desire to help to the team. Her goal is to simplify complex financial aid information, making it easier for students to navigate. She is also highly detail-oriented, patient, and empathetic, qualities that help her connect with students and provide reassurance during what can often be a stressful time.

She has helped many students navigate the complexities of the FAFSA process, ensuring their eligibility is accurately determined and that they receive the full financial support available to them. She takes pride in assisting students in managing tuition costs and reducing financial stress so they can stay focused on their education.
