Crafting Nutritional Recipes for a Healthier Family and Community

Overview

This course guides you through practical healthy cooking for your family and community.  You’ll learn to identify nutrient-dense ingredients, apply simple techniques to enhance the health value of everyday meals, and create flavorful dishes without compromising taste. Through hands-on exploration, you’ll practice  safe cooking methods that preserve nutrients and compare traditional  recipes with wholesome counterparts and adapt meals to meet a variety of dietary and lifestyle needs.  By the end of the course, you’ll be creating balanced, delicious recipes that promote wellness and sustainability for you, your family, and the community you care about.
