The 2026 Virtual Career Summit: Wellness Careers & Entrepreneurship 

This summit is a dynamic, interactive event designed to help ACHS students and alumni confidently navigate their career journey. Participants will explore diverse career pathways in the growing wellness industry, gain practical job search and professional branding strategies, learn how to leverage Career Services and Handshake, and hear firsthand from successful alumni and industry professionals. Whether attendees are seeking employment, planning a career transition, or interested in launching their own wellness business, the summit provides actionable tools, expert guidance, and valuable networking opportunities to help turn their goals into reality. 

 

By the end of the summit, participants will be able to: 

  • Explore a variety of career pathways and emerging opportunities in the wellness industry.
  • Develop a personalized career action plan based on their interests, skills, and professional goals.
  • Strengthen their professional brand through an ATS-friendly resume, LinkedIn optimization, and networking strategies.
  • Effectively utilize Handshake and Career Services resources to support their career development.
  • Gain practical knowledge about entrepreneurship, including the first steps to starting and growing a wellness business.
  • Learn from the experiences of ACHS alumni and industry professionals through interactive discussions and panel sessions.
  • Expand their professional network by connecting with peers, alumni, employers, and Career Services.
  • Leave with clear, actionable next steps to advance their career, pursue employment opportunities, or begin building a successful wellness practice or business.

 

This summit is designed to inspire participants, build confidence, and empower every attendee to take meaningful action toward achieving their professional goals in the wellness field.

Meet Our Host: Jessica Bradley

Jessica grew up in Ojai, California, where a close-knit community shaped her passion for helping others. She began her career as a classroom aide supporting students with diverse learning needs, an experience that inspired her to become a school counselor. In that role, she guided students academically and personally, helping them build confidence and make important life decisions.

She later transitioned into higher education, working in admissions and career services with a focus on helping individuals find meaningful academic and professional direction. Drawn to a holistic approach to education, she is passionate about supporting the whole student and connecting them with opportunities that align with their goals and values.

Jessica’s experience across K–12 and higher education has given her a comprehensive understanding of the student journey, from early academic support to career placement. She brings expertise in career coaching, student engagement, and employer relations, and is known for building authentic connections that help students identify their strengths and pursue fulfilling paths.

With a background in counseling and education, she also has a strong personal interest in integrative health and wellness. She is especially proud of the impact she has had on students’ confidence and success, as well as her role as a mother, which has deepened her empathy and strengthened her commitment to helping others grow.
