The NANP Service award is presented to NANP members in recognition of their exceptional efforts to grow the holistic nutrition community by building connections and mentoring. The NANP Service award is peer nominated, and the recipient is selected by popular vote. The award was presented to Petersen at the conference, which took place from April 25-27, 2014 at the Hilton El Conquistador in Tucson, Arizona.
“I am tremendously honored to be recognized by the NANP with the Service award,” says Petersen. “It’s been my great pleasure to collaborate with exceptional organizations like NANP to advance the holistic nutrition and wellness industry. I am humbled to be counted among the very best in the holistic nutrition community, among those who are making such wonderful endeavors to help our society become healthier through nutrition.”
