Dr. Ashley Chou Completes Prestigious WSCUC Accreditation Leadership Academy

American College of Healthcare Sciences (ACHS) is proud to announce that Dr. Ashley Chou, BS, MLS, EdD, the Dean of Institutional Effectiveness & Library Services, has successfully completed the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) – Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC) Accreditation Leadership Academy (ALA) for the 2023-2024 cohort.
The Accreditation Leadership Academy is a highly selective, 10-month professional development program designed to bolster leadership and accreditation experience within higher education. Participants engage deeply with the accreditation processes, current higher education trends, and professional networking, enhancing their ability to lead and innovate within their institutions.
Dr. Chou’s participation in the ALA has equipped her with advanced proficiency in key areas such as accreditation, leadership, partnership, critical analysis, and community engagement. Her experience in the program reflects WSCUC’s commitment to empowering educational leaders and fostering environments that support the success of all students.
