Ashley Goldsbury

For Ashley Goldsbury, her path into holistic health began with a deeply personal experience: supporting her daughter through a complex health journey. That experience inspired Ashley to look beyond symptoms and explore the connections between nutrition, the nervous system, gut health, and whole-person wellness.

Driven by a desire to better understand the body’s natural healing processes and empower others through education, Ashley chose ACHS to build an evidence-informed foundation in holistic health. She completed her Associate of Applied Science in Health and Wellness, with a specialty focus in Integrative Health & Wellness, Holistic Nutrition, and Nervous System Regulation.

Finding Purpose Through Education

Ashley GoldsburyAshley’s education at ACHS provided her with the knowledge, confidence, and perspective to transform her passion for wellness into meaningful work. Through her studies, she developed a deeper understanding of the relationships among nutrition, lifestyle, the nervous system, and whole-person health.

“ACHS gave me the knowledge to turn my passion into purpose,” she says. “Today, I’m helping others discover that lasting wellness begins with education, connection, and supporting the whole person.”

For Ashley, ACHS was more than an educational experience. It was a pathway to understanding how she could support others in becoming active participants in their own wellness.

Creating Impact Through Vireya

Vireya CommunityToday, Ashley is the founder of Vireya, an online wellness community focused on making evidence-informed health education, nervous system support, and holistic wellness more accessible.

Through Vireya, Ashley brings together trusted educational resources, practitioners, and a supportive community to help individuals better understand the connections among stress, nutrition, movement, gut health, and overall well-being.

In addition to building Vireya, Ashley continues to serve her local community by organizing a farmers market that connects people with local food, small businesses, and wellness resources. Through both initiatives, Ashley is creating opportunities for people to feel empowered, informed, and supported in their health journeys.

Advice for Future Holistic Health Professionals

Ashley encourages current and prospective students to embrace the learning process and recognize that meaningful change begins with curiosity and action.

“Don’t wait until you feel like an expert to start making a difference. Stay curious, ask questions, and look for opportunities to apply what you’re learning in your own life and your community.”

She reminds students that every course, conversation, and experience contributes to building the knowledge and confidence needed to make a meaningful impact.

Ashley Goldsbury’s story reflects how personal experience, education, and passion can come together to create meaningful change. Her experience is a reminder that careers in holistic health are built not only through knowledge but also through compassion, connection, and a commitment to supporting others.
