August 21 marks World Entrepreneurs’ Day, a time to celebrate innovation, resilience, and the powerful impact entrepreneurs have on their communities. At ACHS, we’re proud to support students and alumni who not only dream big but also turn those dreams into thriving wellness businesses that change lives. Today, we’re highlighting five amazing ACHS alumni and student entrepreneurs whose journeys are deeply rooted in holistic healing, purpose, and education.

Jasmine Brummitt | Jasmine’s Butterfly

Jasmine BrummittAn Army veteran, wife, and mother of three, Jasmine Brummitt transformed personal adversity into empowerment by founding Jasmine’s Butterfly, a holistic coaching business supporting women through mental health challenges, chronic pain, and spiritual growth. As an Integrative-Wellness Support Coach, Jasmine blends intuitive guidance with journaling, mental health tools, and natural remedies. She’s pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Integrative Health Sciences at ACHS with a focus on Herbal Medicine, with plans to integrate herbal consulting into her practice. Read more about Jasmine.

Shannon Carlson | Vines & Vitality

Shannon CarlsonAfter enrolling in the Graduate Certificate in Herbal Medicine program at ACHS, Shannon Carlson channeled her passion for plant-based wellness into Vines & Vitality, a brand offering handcrafted herbal teas, natural body care products, and artfully designed stickers. Rooted in sustainability and mental wellness, her products are created with organic ingredients and packaged with fully compostable materials. Victoria Funn | Green Genius

Victoria FunnFounder of Green Genius, a plant-based culinary brand, Victoria Funn merges her psychology background with a love for holistic nutrition. Her journey led her to earn an Associate of Applied Science in Integrative Health Sciences at ACHS, where she deepened her expertise in evidence-based natural wellness. Green Genius offers clean, Caribbean-inspired plant-based meals, dairy-free ice cream, and intentional culinary education. Bianca Salgado | Her Healing Station, LLC

Bianca SalgadoWith nearly five years in nursing, Bianca Salgado saw firsthand the need for integrative approaches to healthcare. After graduating from ACHS with a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Health Sciences with a specialization in Herbal Studies, she launched Her Healing Station, LLC, a wellness platform offering eBooks, herbal education, wellness consultations, flower essence therapy, and iridology. Bianca’s work empowers individuals through holistic knowledge and personalized care, making natural healing more accessible and building a strong sense of community along the way. Lacy Watson | Morning Moon Digital Media

Lacy WatsonLacy Watson turned her passion for naturopathic health and wellness into a holistic digital media business after earning her Associate of Applied Science in Integrative Health Sciences at ACHS. Morning Moon Digital Media helps wellness professionals navigate digital entrepreneurship, offering website creation, branding, consulting, and unique aromatherapy-infused marketing tools like Freshies.
