A Path to Integrative-Wellness Coaching and Holistic Healing

Jasmine Brummitt has embraced her journey through life with all of its twists, turns, and unexpected challenges. As an Army veteran, a mother of three, and a wife to an active-duty soldier, Jasmine has faced her fair share of struggles. In 2019, Jasmine was medically discharged from the Army, and this life-altering transition forced her to ask herself: Who am I? What is my purpose?

Jasmine has always been passionate about understanding the human mind. She once aspired to be a therapist, fascinated by the intricacies of mental health and the authentic self. However, personal battles led her on a deeper spiritual and holistic journey, where she discovered her own gifts. Jasmine began exploring her faith which led her down a path of spiritual healing, allowing her to embrace life coaching. It became clear that her purpose was to help others find balance and harmony in their lives, just as she had sought to do for herself.

Jasmine’s Butterfly: A Business Born from Transformation

Jasmine's Butterfly LogoIn 2022, Jasmine took a leap of faith and launched her business, Jasmine’s Butterfly. This venture was not just about starting a business—it was about embracing her true self and creating a space for young women to navigate the complexities of mental health, chronic pain, and personal transformation.

Jasmine understands the weight of emotional burdens, the highs and lows of life’s journey, and the difficulty of moving forward. One of her first clients, a young woman struggling with a painful breakup, deeply resonated with her. Through their sessions, they worked on overcoming emotional blockages, letting go, and stepping into newfound clarity. This experience solidified Jasmine’s belief that healing is not linear and that taking time to nurture ourselves is essential for long-term growth.

A Holistic Approach to Healing

Jasmine’s work as an Integrative-Wellness Support Coach combines intuitive sessions with natural remedies, self-assessment, journal prompts, and mental health tools to support clients through deeper conversations. By embracing spirituality, mindfulness, and holistic health, she empowers women to reclaim their strength and live authentically.

Additionally, Jasmine has been inspired to further her education in Integrative Health at ACHS by pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Integrative Health Sciences with a focus on Herbal Medicine. She was drawn to ACHS because of the integrative approach offered in the programs. She wanted to pursue a program that valued the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit and to focus on how holistic health supports these aspects of our well-being.

Jasmine hopes to one day apply her education by offering herbal consulting and holistic remedies that complement her coaching services, helping clients heal naturally and effectively.

Trust the Process: The Power of Timing and Advice for ACHS Students

Jasmine says that one of the most valuable lessons she learned on this journey is that everything unfolds in divine timing. There is no rush to success and no deadline for self-discovery. Building a meaningful business and stepping into your purpose takes patience, trust, and dedication. She says, “I encourage my clients, and myself, to embrace the process, allowing space for growth, change, and transformation.”

Her message to women seeking guidance through the complexities of life, mental health challenges, or spiritual growth, is to “know that you are not alone. There is hope, there is healing, and there is a path forward.”

ACHS commends Jasmine’s meaningful contribution to her community, and we wish her continued career success!
