This graduate course examines women’s hormonal health through perimenopause, menopause, and the years beyond, integrating endocrinology with evidence-informed integrative modalities. Students study the endocrinology of the menopause transition and the physiologic changes it produces then apply that foundation to symptom management, menopausal hormone therapy, and healthy aging. This course prepares students to evaluate integrative modalities, nutrition, botanicals, lifestyle, and mind-body practices, within a whole-person, evidence-informed framework.
