Famous Alumni of the Year

Anne Moon is a leader in celiac disease advocacy and holistic nutrition. She earned her Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition from ACHS with honors in 2023, building on years of experience supporting individuals with celiac disease. Inspired by a career transition during the pandemic, Anne expanded her expertise through advanced study in nutrition, physiology, and whole-person health. She founded Beautifully Gluten Free in 2017, providing personalized guidance and emotional support for those navigating gluten-free living. Anne also helped shape Seattle Children’s Hospital’s Celiac Disease Program, serving as founding Chair of its Advisory Board and leading key outreach initiatives. In 2025, she was appointed Celiac Disease Program Manager, where she supports patients, collaborates with clinical teams, and advances advocacy efforts nationwide. Her career reflects the powerful combination of education, lived experience, and service.
