Marilyn Addison has been immersed in the world of Aromatherapy for more than 30 years. When a devastating automobile accident resulted in serious injuries, she was driven to find holistic alternatives to manage her recovery from numerous surgeries and lasting chronic illnesses. After serious study, she found that integrating a holistic strategy with traditional medicine was essential to manage ongoing pain and related symptoms and bring her inner and outer world into harmony.

As a senior corporate executive in the financial industry she was responsible for global compliance, training, and quality assurance. While surviving and thriving among multiple boom and bust cycles of the high-stress world of investment banking, essential oils and other holistic methods were the keys to maintaining her mental and physical health and well-being. But after more than 25 years in the financial industry, she decided that it was time to follow her true passion and become a Registered Aromatherapist (RA).

Ms. Addison studied at ACHS, completed her Certificate in Aromatherapy, and is now the owner of Spiritual Blends, a custom essential oils company. She works closely with naturopathic and traditional doctors to create custom blends for their clients to assist in their treatment of various ailments. She uses her expertise in compliance, quality and assurance, and training to communicate the safe and effective use of essential oils. Ms. Addison also offers training in meditation and chakra clearing to deepen the connection to the Self.

In her spare time Ms. Addison enjoys international travel, French language and literature, music.
