Felicia Royce, BS, MS, LMT

Director of Career & Alumni Services

Felicia resides in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. She brings over fifteen years of higher education experience to ACHS and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, as well as a Masters degree in Psychology. Felicia is also a Licensed Massage Therapist and small business owner. 

When Felicia is not assisting students with their career goals, she loves to spend time with her family and friends. She is an avid trail runner and is actively involved in her local running community. Felicia also loves to hike, travel, and recreate outdoors. Felicia is passionate about holistic health and loves to guide students through career exploration and planning so that they can take their knowledge out into the world! 

She has worked with college students in a variety of roles over the past fifteen years, including admissions, financial aid, leadership, and career services. She has witnessed countless first generation college students meet their goals, which is why she is so passionate about the work she does. 

Felicia’s professional skills include: financial aid, admissions, higher education leadership, career services and business planning, public speaking, psychology, massage therapy, and coaching. She has implemented many projects and initiatives as Director of Career Services with ACHS that have had a positive impact on student and alumni success.  She has led multiple teams and has coached hundreds of students and alumni over her tenure in higher education. She truly loves helping people achieve success.
